Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and aim to handle cancellations with grace and clarity.

Refund Schedule

  • Full refund if cancellation is made at least two (2) weeks before program begins

  • Up to 50% refund if cancellation is made at least one (1) week before program begins

  • No refunds for cancellations made less than one week before program start date

Camp Cancellation

If Camp Perfect must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, families will receive a full refund or credit.

Illness or Emergencies

In cases of serious illness or family emergency, please contact us. We will review requests with care and compassion.
